  2. You will be directed to pay via credit card. (Indian residents may pay also via cheque or bank transfer—click for details.)

  3. If you wish to receive the course booklets, CDs, and DVDs, please include $65 for shipping outside of India. For shipping within India, please include Rs. 1,200.
